The first story was by an author I never heard of before, but surprisingly I enjoyed what she wrote. It was a historical piece about angels and the choices that they make and how it affects them. And of course... falling in love.I'm not usually a fan of period pieces but this one was written rather well and it kept me glued to it til the very end.However, the second story was not so great. An archangel who's allowed to marry and still be an angel?Um, yeah right. I like happily ever afters as much as the next person but sometimes you gotta be slightly realistic, and this just wasn't.The third was about the Lupi, it's part of a series by this author, and it wasn't half bad, however, It read like a freaking page out of the damn dictionary. I mean, since I was new to the whole series it helped me understand about the paranormal creatures we were dealing with but it contained too many definitions and explanations and not enough story. I think this was, like, the 8.5 edition of the series so you shouldn't be 8 books deep and still explaining to the readers who've been following the series about what a Lupi- a human who turns in a wolf- is.Lastly, we've got Lora Leigh's Breeds series. Goddamn. This is the 25th one! Need I really say more?
