1.5 Stars. Another Maya Banks book that did not connect me to the characters, their feelings, anything. Devon all of a sudden spoke like he was British. He wasn't like that in the second installment. That was just plain annoying and weird.Also, what was up with Cameron? All of a sudden he's being nice and thoughtful and considerate to A WOMAN?He basically had nothing good to say about women in the first two books and then BAM, he thinks the MC is "cute".And that MC was not a female character I would call strong and resilient.Let's just leave it at that.I really tried to like it. I did. But, alas, it was not meant to be.
